• TikTok Login Kit data authorized by the user, such as open ID, display name, and avatar.
• OAuth authorization records and access tokens required to perform authorized API operations.
• Video files, captions, metadata, review decisions, and transfer status supplied for draft upload.
• Security and operational logs needed to prevent duplicate, unauthorized, or failed transfers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to authenticate the account owner, prepare and transfer approved TikTok drafts, maintain security and audit records, respond to support requests, and comply with law. Processing is based on user consent, performance of the requested service, and legitimate security interests, as applicable.

4. TikTok and service providers

Authorized data is exchanged with TikTok through TikTok for Developers APIs. Infrastructure providers may process limited data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data or use TikTok data for targeted advertising.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained only while needed for the service, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. OAuth tokens are protected, access is restricted, and authorization is revoked or deleted when no longer required. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may revoke TikTok authorization in TikTok settings. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an explanation of processing by contacting us. We may verify identity before responding.

7. Children

MIRAI STUDIO is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
