Terms of Service

1. Operator and service

MIRAI STUDIO is operated by Taishi Kokuho, trading as MIRAI (“MIRAI,” “we,” or “us”). The service supports the preparation, review, and transfer of original video drafts. It does not promise publication, reach, revenue, or platform approval.

2. Account authority

Only the TikTok account owner may grant OAuth consent, change account settings, or complete final publication. Users must protect their credentials and may not use the service for an account they do not control.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Do not bypass TikTok safeguards, rate limits, reviews, or consent.
• Use the service only in compliance with applicable law and TikTok terms.

4. Intellectual property

Users retain rights in material they lawfully provide. MIRAI retains rights in its software, workflow, design, and original materials. No license is granted beyond what is needed to operate the service.

5. Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for security, maintenance, legal, or platform-policy reasons. Features that depend on third-party services may change without notice.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MIRAI is not liable for TikTok review decisions, account restrictions, lost reach, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s principal place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
